Avoid awkward situations such as commuting to work or meetings, and discomfort wearing clothes soaked in sweat.

Is it really that magical? How was it implemented? To understand "sweat without trace", it is necessary to first understand "moisture absorption and sweat wicking" and "quick drying". Because they are the foundation for achieving the function of "sweat without trace".

Moisture wicking "is one of the most common functions of sportswear and summer T-shirts, and some consumers are not unfamiliar with it. Its main problem is the transmission of sweat. After special processing of the yarns in the fabric, the "capillary phenomenon" is used to quickly remove sweat from the surface of the skin and transport it to the surface of the clothes. So when wearing moisture wicking clothes to sweat, it will make you feel comfortable and not sticky.

Quick drying "only solves the problem of not feeling sticky on the skin after sweating, but does not solve the problem of sweat quickly leaving. And 'quick drying' is to solve the problem of how clothes can dry quickly after being soaked in sweat. 

It uses hydrophobic treatment or high thermal conductivity fibers on the surface of the fabric to allow sweat to quickly transfer to the surface of the garment through "moisture absorption and sweat wicking", and then evaporate and dry as soon as possible.

Sweat free is an advanced version of "moisture wicking+quick drying", which not only allows clothes to quickly drain sweat and evaporate quickly, but also makes sweat stains less visible.

It is generally implemented through two methods:

The easiest and most cost-effective way to achieve seamless sweat treatment through additives is through additive processing. It achieves water repellent and sweat proof effects by using anti staining agents on the outer side of the fabric (such as fluorocarbon coating, nano silica), and then quickly absorbs sweat through moisture absorbing and quick drying agents on the inner side of the fabric. However, the functionality of sweat free fabrics treated with additives is generally average, and their performance may weaken or even disappear after multiple washes.

The implementation of this sweat free function through yarn and fabric structure design is relatively complex and costly. The fabric is generally a double-layer fabric, with the inner layer being a hydrophilic layer that absorbs moisture and sweat, and the outer layer being a hydrophobic layer that evaporates quickly. 

And the cross-section of the yarn is often a irregular structure (moisture drainage groove), achieving physical sweat hiding. This type of sweat free fabric designed through yarn and fabric structure has high cost, good effect, and minimal impact of washing on fabric functionality.
